Q:  How much does it cost?
A:  Frontier Answers

Unlike most other forms of insurance, title insurance is a one time premium paid when you purchase the property.  There are no annual renewals and the policy stays in effect as long as you or your heirs have an ownership interest in the property.

Basic owner's title insurance coverage starts at $3.90 per thousand dollars of coverage based on the purchase price or value of the property.  Enhanced coverage is available at $4.90 per thousand and offers additional protection to the home owner.
